Founders and educators know their subject and rarely know their story. You find the argument inside the transcript, then build the script that earns each minute.
This is writing for the ear and for the edit. You will hand scripts to editors and sit in the review when the cut disagrees with the page.
The application is the first writing sample. We read the answers before the resume.
