Most hiring asks you to invest time against an unknown process and an unnamed standard. This page is the answer to both, and the role pages carry the actual scoring.

You apply
One page, about ten minutes. Your work, two short questions, and a résumé if you have one handy. No account and no password.
The confirmation arrives immediately and it is a real inbox. Replying to it reaches us.

We read it
Every application is read by a person. Before that, software extracts the text and scores it against the rubric published on the role page, and the desk always shows which of the two produced a number.
Nothing is scored that we did not publish. If a criterion is not on the role page, it is not being used.
You hear back either way, usually within a week. If we go quiet past that, push us.

We talk
Thirty minutes, no preparation needed. We will have read your work and will ask about the decisions in it.
Pay comes up on this call, before you spend more time on us. Sometimes the work says enough on its own and we skip this stage entirely.

A paid piece of work
Only for the last two or three people, and only when the work so far leaves a real question open.
It is the same brief and the same footage for everyone, it takes a few hours rather than a weekend, and it is paid on delivery whether or not we hire you. The fee is stated in the email before you start.
If the deadline does not suit you, say so. We would rather move it than read a rushed version of your judgment.

- Discussed on the first call. We would rather lose your time early than late.
- How to tell it is really us
- We only write from hello@gaurifyhq.com. We never ask for money, bank details or identity documents to apply, and there is no fee at any stage.
